Esse último era o único que estava disponível para pronta entrega, os outros chegarão em mais ou menos seis semanas :( Impressionantemente o livro do Jamie Oliver chegou menos de cinco horas depois do meu pedido! É uma boa opção como fonte de proteína quase sem ter gordura ou carboidrato ;) Hmm, e esse prato é facílimo e super gostoso. Esqueci de dizer que também é bem versátil: serve de prato principal ou acompanhamento! O prato dá para duas, no máximo três pessoas. Você pode achar que é muito shimeji, mas assim que é refogado ele diminui bastante. A água dele vai quase toda embora.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Você vai precisar de:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga (pode substituir por margarina)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 4 colheres de sopa de requeijão (não pode ser daqueles ralinhos não, tem que ser grosso)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 1 bandeja (200 g - 250 g) de shimeji&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;- 3 colheres de sopa de molho de soja&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Para fazer é assim, ó:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1. Lave bem o shimeji e separe os tufos de cogumelo, mas não jogue nada fora. Todos o pedaços são aproveitados.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;2. Derreta a manteiga em uma frigideira. Fogo médio, hein?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;3. Assim que a manteiga estiver derretida você adiciona o shimeji.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;4. Refogue o shimeji. Agora passe para o fogo baixo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;5. Agora adicione o requeijão e mexa. Você pode colocar mais do que 4 colheres, viu? Vai do seu gosto.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;O requeijão vai meio que derreter. Por isso ele tem que ser mais grossinho, se não o molho iria ficar muito aguado.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;6. Acrescente o molho de soja e mexa. Para o molho de soja o mesmo comentário do requeijão: se quiser ponha mais ou menos, você é quem sabe. Se quiser adicione um pouco de saquê.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;7. Espere o molho reduzir um pouco e pronto!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Dicas: Sirva com arroz ou macarrão chinês.
